This year’s league will see the Island’s very best players and clubs compete for the IWBSA championship over a series of weekends throughout June and July.

The league will feature some of the biggest names in UK beach soccer, from clubs such as The Bees, Sandown Sociedad and The Wight Stripes, including well known international players like GC Giancovich and Gareth Icke.

THE IWBSA BEACH SOCCER LEAGUE + LEAGUE CUP
1st June – 31st July 2009
16 teams split into two groups of 8 competing in 4 events one event being the League Cup.
The top four teams from each group event go through to the final 8 for the IWBSA league final to find the League Champions. The fourth event being the league cup which will be staged before the super final.
£50 Deposit required, total entry fee with deposit £140 gains your team entry into both the League and Cup, unlimited signed players. (all players must fill out a players registration form)
